Proditio is a military/sci-fi novel that is in progress by Wally Berkowicz. Started roughly June 2006, it has defied completion due to it's creator's notorious procrastination and lethargy. Nonetheless, every so often Mr. Berkowicz will spend a few weeks incessantly writing; allowing him to complete yet another chapter of his story.
Set on the distant world of Paxus, Two rival nations, the Aprion Republic and the Erebian Confederacy have been at odds for nearly half a millenia; stuck in a brutal state of contention that has given way to full scale war frequently and intermittently throughout the two nations' histories.
After a brief decades long truce, war has once again erupted between the two nations after a successful assault made by the Erebian Confederacy smashes though the Aprion defences and punches deep into the Republic's territory. However, even with the advantage of surprise the Erebian advance is slowing and the Confederacy's leaders are desperate for something to turn the tide back in their favor. After an Erebian task force is nearly destroyed and sent reeling out into the wastes, they discover a secret which could alter not only the outcome of the war, but also the fate of the planet.
